It must align with critical business goals while meeting learners’ needs and enabling them to acquire the skills they need to succeed. In turbulent times, businesses struggle to keep employees skilled while meeting their goals amid changing economic and cultural circumstances.
Pillars of Learning: Strategy, a full-day pre-conference event, will help you create a learning strategy or update your existing approach for today’s environment. Attendees will:
