How to Apply
Applications for the Thirty Under 30 Program opened on March 11 and will close April 11 at 11:59 PM. We encourage passionate, driven individuals who are making an impact in L&D and organizational development to apply. Whether you’re pioneering new teaching methods, influencing organizational culture, or leading projects that make a difference, we want to hear from you!
The application process is straightforward:
Submit your personal and professional information via application.
Describe your leadership journey and how you’re making an impact in your field.
Share a brief statement on why you should be selected for the Thirty Under 30 cohort.
Applicants must have been born Oct. 4, 1995, or later and be under age 30 at the Learning Leadership Conference.
